Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return, the product must:

• Be in unused or lightly inspected condition only
• Remain in original condition with no damage, deformation, welding, repainting, or modification
• Include all original parts, hardware, and accessories
• Be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transportation

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility
All return-related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to:

• Original outbound shipping cost
• Return shipping cost
• Any recall or freight arrangement costs

No restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise specified.

3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled free of charge only prior to shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped:

• The order cannot be canceled free of charge
• The customer is responsible for:

Refunds will be processed only after the item has been returned and inspected.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Refunds will only be issued if the returned product is confirmed to meet the return eligibility requirements. Any damage, missing components, or improper use may result in partial refund deductions or rejection of the return.

5. Final Authority
The seller reserves the right to make the final determination regarding return eligibility and refund approval based on inspection results.
